Snell, Cudore L.
Dr. Cudore L. Snell, is the Dean at Howard University School of Social Work. He received his undergraduate degree in South Africa, his MSW from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and his Doctor of Social Work Degree from Howard University. He conducted research on fetal alcohol syndrome and street youth in both the USA and South Africa on which many of his publications are based.
