Raymond, Frank
Ph.D., has published extensively, primarily in the areas of administration, education, technology, and international social work. He has held leadership positions in NASW, CSWE, NADDSSW (including presidency), and the International Consortium for Social Development (currently president). After working in a variety of practice and academic settings, he joined the faculty of the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina in 1972. In 1980 he became Dean of that College and continued in this role until his retirement in 2002. He received his degrees from Wake Forest University (BA), the University of North Carolina (MSW), and Tulane University (Ph.D.).
