He developed the Social Work student and faculty Exchange Program with the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, in Aguas. Mexico. He developed internship opportunities in Quito Ecuador, Cape Town, Pretoria, and Durban South Africa, Nairobi Kenya, West Bengal India, and Antique in the Philippines.
