Michàlle Mor Barak, PhD, is the Stein-Wood Professor of Social Work and Business in a Global Society at the University of Southern California, with a joint appointment at the School of Social Work and the Marshall School of Business. Her research focuses on global workforce diversity and cross-cultural aspects of work/family integration. Her most recent book, Managing Diversity: Toward a Globally Inclusive Workplace (Sage) won the prestigious 2006 Choice Award for Outstanding Academic Titles.
