James Midgley , Harry and Riva Specht Professor of Public Social Services, University of California, Berkeley School of Social Welfare. He served as Dean of the School from 1…. to 2006 and was previously on the faculty of Louisiana State University, the London School of Economics and the University of Cape Town. He has published widely on international social welfare issues.
