James T. Decker, Professor, is the Chair/Director of the Department of Social Work at California State University, Northridge. His degrees include a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota; another Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute; his MSW is from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Decker presently has a Fellowship with the Open Society Institute Higher Education Support Program; Academic Fellowship Program as a Senior International Non-Resident Scholar for 2005-2007 at Tbilisi State University, Republic of Georgia to help them develop a new MSW Program and is Co-director of the Social Work Department at Tbilisi State University, Republic of Georgia
